Registration ~
Please complete all sections of both forms making sure we have both your home address and telephone number.
Each child being registered needs to have a completed registration form and medical consent form in order to participate in the program.
Checks should be made payable to MET. All fees are non-refundable.
Plan to attend the registration session. This is necessary for group placement!! Come to the advance registration table. Children will be called into the Director’s Room for placement in the appropriate workshop group. Each child will leave the Director’s Room with a rehearsal schedule and a group assignment sheet.
Information sheets are provided to give you a clear understanding of our program and philosophy. Please be sure to read them carefully and save them for future reference.
